Subscriptions 

  • What happens when my box rental ends?

There are several choices available to you:

  1.  Extend your box for another month
  2.  Exchange your box for a new one 
  3.  Return it
  • Can I cancel even if I have paid for a 3 or 6 month subscription?

Absolutely, our subscriptions are without obligation. If you wish, you can cancel your 3 or 6 month subscription at any time and you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the remaining months, removing the discount you had due to the long period.

  • Is it possible to change my box during the 1 month subscription?

Unfortunately not but the 3 month subscription includes 1 box change and the 6 month subscription includes 2 box changes. 

  • If I want to order a box for several children of different ages?

No problem, we can also customize your box. Place your order normally and we will contact you by email, you will just have to give us the age of your little ones at that time.


Loss and breakage

  • What happens if a toy is broken?

It is the life of the toy to be hit by our dear little ones. By taking a Lekobox you are insured for the breakage and wear of the toy.

  • What happens if a part or a toy is lost?

If a part or a toy is lost, don't panic.

Our goal at Lekobox is to extend the life of toys and not to charge parents an additional cost for the loss of a part/toy.

Moreover our experience has shown that most of the time the part or the toy reappears a few days/weeks later and in this case you can :

  1. Send it back to Lekobox AB.
  2. Put it in your next rental box.
  3. If we have a delivery or return box near you, we will come and pick it up from you.
What happens if it does not reappear?


If the toy does not reappear, we still do not panic :)

We will first look if we have this missing part in stock, in this case no fee will be charged.

If the missing part does not degrade the quality or the fun of the toy and we think that the toy can stay in the circuit, then no fee will be charged.

If unfortunately none of the above options apply we will charge a fair price due to the wear and tear of the toy and the price of the toy on the market.


Delivery

  • How long does it take to receive my box after I place my order?

We always make sure it is fast.
We deliver to Stockholm County ourselves so for logistical and carbon footprint reasons the delivery times may vary slightly.

Except for exceptional reasons we will always deliver within a week after your order has been placed. We don't want your little ones to get impatient!


Purchase of toys

  • Is it possible to buy a toy or board game from the box because my child loves it and doesn't want to part with it?

In case of a crush you can buy the toy/game at a fair price depending on the wear and tear and the market price of the toy. 


Cleaning of toys

  • How are the toys cleaned?

Wooden and plastic toys are cleaned with a soft cloth and white vinegar for natural and non-toxic disinfection. Fabrics are washed with clear water or by machine if possible.
